Shipping and Refund
Our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority at My Tooth Fairy Travels. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mytoothfairytravels.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different one, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
After we receive and carefully examine your return, we will promptly contact you in regards to your refund. Refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@mytoothfairytravels.com.
